Producer: Domaines Ott
Domaines Ott is a wine company based in the south of France and the producer of some of the most prestigious rosé wines in Provence. The Domaine is made up of three estates: Clos Mireille, Château Romassan and Château de Selle, and covers wines falling under both the Bandol and Côtes de Provence appellations.
Tasting Notes: Pale, salmon pink with coral tints. The expressive and complex nose reveals a mosaic of aromas, from white peach and candied melon to hawthorn blossom. The fresh, energetic attack offers notes of white currant and lime. The wine's lovely, velvety texture coats the palate with succulent fruity flavors and is built with remarkable precision and finesse. Zesty citrus notes and a pleasant salinity linger on the wine's long finish.
Grape Variety: 70% Grenache, 24% Cinsault, 6% Syrah
Alcohol percentage: 13.5%
Pinkish yellow colour with bronze. Citrus, tropical fruits. Medium bodied and good acidity.
